Senior Members

There are many opportunities to serve as a volunteer in Civil Air Patrol. CAP adults members, known as Senior Members, can partake in emergency services and flying opportunities as well as other tracks available in CAP. From helping with communications, transportation of goods, taking photos or helping the in squadron management senior members are able to do much more than just fly. Less than one-fifth of all CAP members are actual pilots or aircrew members. Adult members can also help with the Cadet Program, helping mentor cadets and be a positive influence in a young person's life.
